LPG CYLINDER BRACKETS FOR ALL MAKES AND MODELS

  • All AFS Cylinder brackets meet U.L. pull test standards. All brackets have chip and scratch resistant powder coating finish, with plated hardware.
  • Refer to Fuel Systems page for correct cylinder bracket for your application.
  • Brackets may be purchased with or without toggle assembly. All brackets may use either TB2-60 or TB2-68
  • Most strap assemblies are stock items. Made per order items can be made within one week for low quantity orders. For larger volumes call or email for lead time.
  • AFS can fabricate custom brackets to fit your application. Submit a drawing for a quote

Universal Horizontal Cylinder Bracket 33.5# or 43.5# Includes TB2-R-1 Strap, TB2-L-1 Strap, TB2-70 Locating Pin, & two TB2-60 Toggles. Stock item.

P/N: TB2-60

Toggle assembly. Cylinder bracket latch. 2-1/2" long stud. Welded hinge assembly. Includes TB2-10 toggle nut. For U.S. made cylinders. Stock item.

 

P/N: TB2-65

Toggle assembly. Cylinder bracket latch. 3-1/2" long stud. Welded hinge assembly. Supplied less TB2-10 toggle nut. For European made cylinders.   TB2-10 toggle nuts may be purchased separately. Stock item.

 

P/N: TB2-68

Toggle assembly. Cylinder bracket latch. 2-1/2" long stud. Formed hinge assembly. Includes TB2-10 toggle nut. For U.S. made cylinders. Stock item.

Universal Vertical Cylinder Bracket 20# or 33.5#. Includes TB3-1 bracket weldment, & one TB2-60 Toggle. Order part number TB3-1 for bracket less toggle. Made per order.

Universal Horizontal Cylinder Bracket 20# or 33.5#. Includes TB4-1 base, TB4-2 Locating pin, TB4-3 toggle attachment claw, TB4-4 hinged strap assembly, & one TB2-60 toggle. Made per order.

Universal Vertical Cylinder Bracket 33.5# or 43.5#. Includes TB28-1 weldment & two TB2-60 toggles. Order part number TB28-1 for bracket less toggles. Made per order.

 

P/N:TB44-1

The strap assembly that is used for all cylinder brackets. Available for custom applications. This strap assembly does not include any mounting legs or holes. It is supplied without paint so it can be easily welded to your custom supports. Order part number TB44 if you require a toggle assembly with this strap.

Seat hinge. Two required for installation. Allows seat to be tilted forward when hood is open for clearance of  LPG fuel cylinder. Slotted mounting holes for universal fit. Stock item.

 

P/N: TB87

Cylinder bracket support. Plate mounts to counterwight of truck through existing core holes. Cylinder straps bolt to plate. Mounts the cylinder brackets to the truck without drilling and tapping the counterweight. Fits Allis Chalmer forklift trucks. Made per order.

Cylinder bracket support plate. Bolts to counterweight. Welded locating pins locate bracket in core holes of counterweight. Cylinder straps bolt to plate. Fits Komatsu BX series lift trucks. For use with TB201. Stock item.

Cylinder bracket for Mitsubishi lift trucks. Low profile, 4 bolt mounting. Mitsubishi part number 93765-01200. For strap assembly less toggle, order TB277-1. Stock item.

Low profile Cylinder Bracket 33.5# or 43.5#. Strap assembly only. Purchase toggle separately. With toggle the Mitsubishi part number is 91965-03200. Used with 91965-05400 to make complete set. Mounting hole spacing is the same as TB2. May be used as a low profile replacement for TB2. Stock item

 Cylinder Bracket 33.5# or 43.5#. Strap assembly only. Purchase toggle separately. Used on all Nissan swing-out and drop down brackets. Countersunk holes for 8mm bolts, for mounting to tubular bracket assemblies.

Low profile Cylinder Bracket 33.5# or 43.5#  Includes one TB285R strap, one TB2-68 toggle, & one TB286 Locating pin. Strap assembly may be purchased separately using part number TB285R. Used with TB284 for a complete set. Mounting hole spacing is the same as TB2. May be used as a low profile replacement for TB2.
